You have the right within 30 days after delivery to return the goods without giving any reason.
This does not apply to:
- gift cards
- Articles where something else is explicitly stated
- Personalized articles (e.g. articles with personal engraving)

- Perfumes may only be returned to us unopened. The opened bottle is excluded from the right of return.
We accept returns only for new and unworn items. If your jewelry shows a defect or an item is missing, it must be reported in advance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchasing price can be refunded.
If you decide to return your items, but more than 30 days have passed since you received them, please contact customer service first to get a confirmation. Otherwise, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
If you are returning jewelry from different orders in one package, please make sure that all items are placed in the correct boxes and that the delivery notes of the orders are filled in.
If a minimum purchase value (MPV)** is specified, this must not be undercut in the case of a return. If the value falls below the MEW, the discount no longer applies.
*If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift if after returning the items your order do not reach the minimum purchase value necessary to obtain the free gift.
****Minimum purchase value (MPW): This applies to orders where a minimum purchase value is required, e.g. to receive a purchase advantage in the form of a discount code or piece of jewelry.
